Complaints Procedure

We always hope your experience with us is of a high standard, but should you have cause for complaints in any way please communicate your grievance in one of the following ways:

What you can expect from us:

  1. Confidentiality and mutual respect
  2. Mignon McLeod, our Business Manager or Rose Lindsay, our Compliance Manager, will acknowledge your complaint in writing enclosing a copy of our code of practice as soon as possible but normally within 7 days.
  3. We will endeavour to investigate the complaint within 14 working days.
  4. You will be invited to discuss the outcome via telephone, of which you are entitled to decline.
  5. We will confirm the decision in writing immediately after completion.
