Complaints Procedure
We always hope your experience with us is of a high standard, but should you have cause for complaints in any way please communicate your grievance in one of the following ways:

What you can expect from us:
- Confidentiality and mutual respect
- Mignon McLeod, our Business Manager or Rose Lindsay, our Compliance Manager, will acknowledge your complaint in writing enclosing a copy of our code of practice as soon as possible but normally within 7 days.
- We will endeavour to investigate the complaint within 14 working days.
- You will be invited to discuss the outcome via telephone, of which you are entitled to decline.
- We will confirm the decision in writing immediately after completion.
