No Refund Policy

The sedationists at Advanced Sedation Ltd are dedicated to providing outstanding sedation techniques and customer service to all of our patients and clinicians. One of our biggest goals is to ensure that all of our patients and clinicians have a positive experience with our company. We feel that we have provided full disclosure and transparency for all aspects of registration for our services.

Therefore, we do not believe a refund is warranted. However, we reserve the right to discuss very extreme situations that may arise that are totally beyond the control of the patient, practice and sedationist. The amount provided back to the patient / practice is at the discretion of the Director of Advanced Sedation Ltd. The amount agreed to be returned would be returned within 30 days of a decision.

When patients are paying by card and a refund has been agreed with the Director of Advanced Sedation Ltd, then a 5% admin and processing fee will be deducted before the refund is issued
